Sorry for the late nature of this Newsletter (and also for my attempt at a pun, or something, it's a crime against comedy, I know), it's been a somewhat busy month behind the scenes (the holidays didn't help!.

This is going to be an important month, with more than a few rather dramatic changes in the works. Keep your eyes open, as information ought to be reaching your PCs in the far from distant future. Don't let the uncertain future dissuade you from keeping active with your daily lives, though! We've had some fairly fantastic pRPTs in the past week, and that's a trend I'd love to see continue up to and past the transition. Despite my announcements to the contrary, it appears mutants and cybernetics are still costing their RPP costs. This appears to be a code issue, and until it can be resolved, consider the "0 RPP" equivalents to REQUIRE but not COST the minimum RPP amount. When creating a 0-cost mutant or cyborg, please explicitly mention it in the background, and when the RPP is automatically deducted, bugzilla or e-mail for it to be refunded. As previously mentioned, these races come with no stat boosts or other enhancements.
